MID-CENTURY ADVERTISING SIGN Made from cast plaster and then expertly hand-painted to emulate a carved wooden panel with a central portrait of a Native American Chief in profile wearing a feather headdress. Gold lettering underneath advertises the brand ‘Moccasin Shoes’. Originally it would have been made to display within a shoe shop to promote the brand. Probably dating to the mid-20th century period, circa 1940s-1950s. It is in good vintage condition, there is some wear throughout commensurate with age. Approximate measurements 56 cm high x 46cm wide x 3cm deep.
