Vintage California State Park System sign, circa 1970’s. Incredibly unique – unable to find anything similar available online. Reads ‘The Resources Agency’ – ‘Department of Beaches and Parks’ – ‘Division of Beaches and Parks’. Handmade and hand painted from two individual pieces of wood which are held together by three brackets on the back of the sign and fashioned with a metal wire for hanging. Wear consistent with age. Worn patina. Wonderful piece of American history folk art.
