This mid-twentieth century red and white enameled metal sign is double faced and promotes the Cafe San Rivo in Sao Paolo, Brazil. Below is marked Depot Ici indicating that the cafe was also a drop-off location for packages. On one side in small print is written Email Koekelburg-Brux (Belgique) or the name of the enamel manufacturer in Belgium. “Email” translates “Enamel” in English, circa 1950.
